JA Moody History

JA Moody Company originated in the 1950's as a fluid power distributor selling fittings, hoses, and couplings. New owners in the 1970's added mil spec valves and began selling to the US Navy. As the company grew, the fluid power business was sold off and the business focused on Navy valve assemblies. In 2003, a service group was established in Florida and Virginia to meet customer needs for actuator and valve repairs. Recently, the company has expanded valve product offerings to meet the needs of the Commercial Marine Market. Presently, the company sells and services fluid control products to the Marine Industry on the East and Gulf coasts.
